The final battle for Middle-earth begins. Frodo and Sam, led by Gollum, continue their dangerous mission toward the fires of Mount Doom in order to destroy the One Ring.   1. I’ve never seen any of the extended versions, are they really any better, does it drive the story more or is it just pointless deleted scenes added to the film?

    Nevertheless, I will be grabbing the theatrical versions, it may be 2011 before the EE’s.

  2. Yeah, the extended versions are much better. And, they’re not the kind of extended versions that bog down the story.

    I read the books – that’s how I know.

  3. Why would you want to waist your money on those crappy movies, I have never seen anything more boring, why dont you use that money on porn since you will all die virgins anyway…
